By downloading, installing, or using the SoloUp app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. App Usage

This app is designed for personal self-development tracking. You agree to use it only for lawful and appropriate purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities that occur under your account.

3. Final Goal & Milestones

Once a final goal or milestone is set, it cannot be changed or deleted, to encourage discipline and long-term commitment. This design choice is intentional to support your personal development journey.

4. Backup and Restore Service

We provide an optional backup and restore service that allows you to:

• Create encrypted backups of your data on our servers
• Restore your data when switching devices or reinstalling the app
• Delete your backup data at any time through the app

Important Terms for Backup Service:

• Backup service usage is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent
• We make reasonable efforts to maintain backup data integrity and availability
• However, we do not guarantee 100% availability or recovery of backup data
• You are responsible for maintaining local copies of important data
• We may implement storage limits or retention policies for backup data
• Backup data will be permanently deleted when you request deletion through the app

By using the backup service, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that we are not liable for any data loss or corruption.

5. Subscription and Payments

• ₹99/year – Yearly Plan
• ₹299 – Lifetime Plan (one-time)

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to these terms and pricing.

Subscription payments are processed through Google Play Store or Apple App Store. You agree to their respective terms and conditions for payment processing.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Local data storage by default
• Optional encrypted backup to our servers
• User control over backup data deletion
• Analytics data collection for app improvement

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and branding in the app are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the app or any of its features without written permission.

8. User Responsibilities

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the app
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Keep your device and app updated for security purposes
• Maintain backups of important data independently

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not responsible for data loss, including backup data loss

We strive to maintain the app and backup services, but we may need to suspend or discontinue services for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the app or backup services if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may delete your backup data through the app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update or change these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
